Product Description
Thin is definitely in. At just over a half-inch thick, the Motorola RAZR V3 is the perfect combination of sleek design and powerful features. With long-range Bluetooth, support for video playback, a VGA (640 x 480) camera, a full-color screen, and quad-band capability, the RAZR V3 is everything you're looking for in a stylish mobile companion. The RAZR V3's design takes the standard clamshell form factor to the next level with an impressive, anodized aluminum construction. The first thing you'll notice when you flip open the handset is its impressive, 176 x 220 color display with 262,000 colors. Meanwhile, the outside cover of the handset sports a supplementary 96 x 80 full-color screen that can display pictures, time, call information, battery and signal strength, and more. The VGA camera lens is housed above the supplementary display. Up/down buttons are placed on the left side for volume control while a voice button on the right side of the unit allows you to enter voice memos and create voice dialing profiles. Most of the phone's features and on-screen menus are controlled by a five-way center button on the handset's backlit control pad, which is precision cut from a single sheet of nickel-plated copper alloy. A charging port and USB data cable port is placed on the bottom of the phone. The RAZR V3's internal phone book can hold up to 1000 contacts, while the phone's picture ID system allows you to assign pictures to your most common callers. It also supports polyphonic ringtones as well as MP3 ringers, allowing you to use portions of your favorite songs to alert you to incoming calls. A number of ringtones come preloaded on the phone, and there's even an included application, MotoMixer, that lets you mix your own ringtones. For times when you want to be discreet, there's a vibrating alert, while a built-in speakerphone makes it easy to talk without having the phone to your ear.

Substandard Quality
By B. Misevcis
This phone behaves as though it is "refurbished" rather than "new." It does not hold the Bluetooth signal appropriately (not the Bluetooth--it was fine on my old phone), and the battery acts as though it is worn, as it doesn't seem to hold a charge for very long (I have to charge it every other day, and I turn my phone off at night). In addition, a part has fallen off of the hinge area, so it opens crookedly. Their shipping was quick, but the quality of the product leaves much to be desired. I would not order from this company again.

This company worked very hard to please me.
By L. Koch
I love the RAZR. I have had one for years. I wanted an upgrade and selected the RAZR V3. The first phone delivered did not live up to RAZR standards. I contacted the company and worked with Erin, their rep. I exchanged the phone at no cost to me. The new phone has excellent reception, I do not have to use the speaker for people to hear me (this was my main problem with the old phone). I also had a phone book problem which was corrected by the exchange. My suggestion to anyone who wants an inexpensive phone is to try this one. If it does not work out for you, call the company and give them a chance to fix the problem. If you would rather return the phone you will be offered a full refund. The choice was mine and I gave them a second chance. They made things right.

Not as good as the original
By mammy
Cute phone, but...does not have the range the original Razr had, very poor reception, drops calls constantly, battery does not hold a charge very long. Will not buy another!
