battery is a problem

I like the phone. It does what I need it to. The problem is the battery. The one sent with the phone would not charge. I sent for a replacement battery and it only lasted a week.

LC D broke can't activate phone

The LCD quit 1 month after purchase. It took 2 months to repair. I could not activate it. The guy at the local verizon store could not get it to both send and receive. When it finaly was activated, it was on a different phone number. It was no longer listed on my original phone number. I tried to have it transfered back to my original phone number. Verizon refused to do it without the account security code or the answer to my secret question. I kept typing in the info for my original phone. I checked the info for my original number online. Verizon locked the computer for my new phone number. I called up Verizon. They ask me the wrong security question. What is the name of my first pet? I never had a first pet. The security question I always use is the name of my first school. The security code I always use is the same as my debit card. I paid 300 $ for this phone a year ago and I can't use it. I talked to the people at verizon several times. I have spent more than two hours talking to them. The phone still will not receive calls on my original number.Verizon is useless.
