Phones great. A better camera than I had anticipated. Only complaint is the keys click a little bit louder than I would like.

This is my first BlackBerry and overall I am loving it. I was worried at first about buying it online but it turned out ok. The phone works great and is outdoing my expectations. It may not be the fastest and I sometimes have to restart it but that is ok with me. It the first phone that I absolutely love and can see myself keeping it for a while and eventually getting another one.

Giving trouble

I bought this item in December 2011. It was working ok for first 2-3 months. Then problem started. First with watching videos. It started to get switched off in 5-10 mins if I play Youtube on this.Then problem started with talktime. Now it get switched off if I talk more than 30 mins. Looking for a new phone now. Also this is not a great phone to do surfing ( even most basic things).
