Cool phone, great price!

I just received the phone today and so far really like it. The touch screen for using speed dial is a nice feature, as well as the many different ways to set shortcuts without needing to slide out the full keyboard. The camera quality seems really good too. I found several places to download free ring tones, and also bought an accessory package which includes a spare wall charger, car charger, and USB cable for less than $5.I did have one initial problem which caused me to not be able to receive MMS/picture messages. I found the answer in an AT&T user forum, all I had to do is do a master reset (which doesn't erase any data), using the passcode 0000, and picture messages worked fine after that.Pros:Lots of shortcut key customizationTouch screen for quick speed dialingFull keyboardDecent camera (haven't tired video yet)Has necessary tools like calendar with alert, alarm clock, etc.Cons:Keys on full keyboard are somewhat flat, which takes getting use toSo far I think this phone is going to be great for my needs and it was a great price without having to extend or renew my phone contract.

Great buy

My son broke his Neon with over a year before he was eligible for replacement. Looking to replace without costing an arm and a leg I came across this phone. The phone was priced well and came quickly. We took his old SIM card out of broken phone, placed it in this phone and it was up and running immediately. I would buy this product again.

Difficult to read keys.

My only problem with this phone was a big one. I couldn't read the letters/symbols on the physical keyboard. The pale grey background and keys with dark letters just doesn't make it visible unless the backlighting is lit up. Even then, it was nearly impossible to read the numbers. I had to send it back and ordered another LG phone of a similar style that has a better contrast on keyboard. Note: Dark keys with light-colored letters/numbers/symbols are much easier to read than Light-colored keys with dark-colored letter/numbers/symbols.
