BLACK NOT WHITE

My seller was horrible: BUYER BEWAREI was put in an awkward position because I have activated the phone but I am encountering issues with it. The phone does not hold a battery charge and takes well over 8 hours for a full charging. It is black and the product listed is white and there are minor starches on the back on the phone, mostly where the apple logo is located, that lead me to believe the phone was used previously.

Be honest, seller!

It says it's a new one before I bought. After I received it, it's totally different from the pictures posted on Amazon web site - no Apple box and accessories but there was a scratch paper with a telephone number on it. I called that number to make sure the phone is a new phone - I only concern about the battery, box and accessories are not big deal. The guy who answered my call told me it is a brand new phone, to save costs they tossed the box. Okay that's fine, understandable. So I took the phone to Sprint to have it activated but I was told that the phone is a refurbished one. Here's my point - I don't mind it's an used or refurbished phone as long as I knew it, but if you tell me it's a brand new one while selling me something different, that's cheating. Be honest for doing anything in your life!

Not only did i receive the phone with a dead battery but the charger sent with it did not charge the phone at all. Then when i went to activate the phone it was linked to another account therefor i could not activate this phone.
