Great quality

The phone looked just like it was described. The only problem was I was expecting a charger and missed where it stated there was no charger to go with it. Other than that it has been a great phone.

Good phone, but...

...the battery cover should have been installed north/south instead of east/west. When opening the phone to text with the qwerty keyboard I keep pulling the battery cover off. Had to purchase a phone case for the back to keep this to from happening.
