Keyboard is the only good thing about this phone

I purchased this phone from T-Mobile along with a plan and was disappointed shortly after I got it. First, the phone I got doesn't work with after market chargers and I had to order a special charger directly from Samsung and had to pay an additional $30 plus shipping. T-Mobile told me that they received a notice from Samsung that this was a common defect of this phone type. I only had this replacement charger 4 months before it stopped working too. The keypad number 0 also stopped working right away and Samsung said that it would take 8-10 weeks to send me a replacement and I would have to mail it in at my own cost. I do love the keyboard on this phone, but everything else makes me wish I would have waited to get another phone since this one had just come out and they didn't work out any bugs. Pros: keyboard very handy and easy to use Cons: Surfing the internet is difficult, screen is small, I have had tons of technical issues and poor customer support from Samsung, this phone drops calls constantly and I never get service in my house (I live in NYC) and have not had this problem with other phones. I cannot wait to upgrade from this phone and the only reason I kept it because it cost me $125 and I would have to sign another 2 year service contract to get another phone. I got ripped off with this piece of junk and I am very disappointed with Samsung after my experience with this phone.

Item as Described & Quick Ship!

This unlocked T-Mobile phone was exactly as described, except, it said shipping would take 7-10 business days and it arrived in about 3! Super Fast! The item does come with a wall charger and was brand new in the box. Just popped the SIM card in and all was up and running. I think it even came pre-charged. This is a perfect texting phone which I got to replace the phone my daughter broke (which was an earlier model of this same one). Would reccommend this seller and this product.

If you are going to buy a phone, you do research first. You should know what you are buying before you buy it. This seller is great, the product came in on time and was what it said it was. This does come with a charger because I know I was wondering that. It is not the sellers fault if the product is bad quality, which it isn't, it is your fault for buying it. Great for texting with 4 row qwerty keyboard and good call quality. micro sd input also
