Easy for my parents to understand

I got this AT&T phone for my parents who are in their 70s and were very "afraid" of having a cell phone, BUT my mom loves this phone and is texting and making calls with ease. I'm very proud of her and very happy that AT&T made a phone that was easier to use for people afraid of technology :)

Great phone for kids or if you don't need Internet

This was actually our son's second Pantech Ease after he lost the first. Going with another Ease was an easy decision. It's a great phone, easy to use, has lots of features at a low price. This is a good option if you are looking for something a little more than basic, but not a smart phone.It's so simple that even a six-year-old figured out how to use it on her own.

Not accurate

This says "New Pantech P2020 At T Ease Trade" which I assume means that it's sold by a company called T Ease Trade. But when I go look at them they are sold by totally different sellers.I won't buy things that show inaccurate names or descriptions. This is Amazon's loss. Several times I've found inaccurate information on products, and whenever I've complained to Amazon, NOTHING HAPPENS for MONTHS about it. The last time I emailed 3 or 4 times about an ambiguous description that didn't match the product, and it took months and it still wasn't fixed, then the items were suddenly no longer available.Bad business. No Sale.And for all you guys who would want to report this as not a real review...go for it, I'll just do it again. this is a real review of an INACCURATE item description, and they get one star.
