I love this phone. I've had it since August of 2011 and have had no problems with it. The texting with the qwerty keyboard is fun and easy.

Good Phone, no data plan needed

Bought this phone used and it is just fine. I find the keyboard easy to use. Slide out works fine. Also like that I can shut off backlight when done which saves battery life. As for battery, lasts a couple of days when on and being used. I plug it in at night anyway. Good basic phone for which you don't need a data plan but can use one if needed. Originally got it with 2 yr contract with Verizon. Got a used one unitl upgrade date available,

Not worth the money

Pro's-Got it for free with 2 year contract( now i know why)-Keyboard is usable for a large person-Battery life- 3-4 days based on low usage-Screen size is respectable-Menu layoutCon's-As a phone, people cannot hear you and you cannot hear them. The speakerphone which is key for me it is as bad or worse than talking on the cell phone.( which is a deal breaker)-Camera- can't enlarge while taking a picture, does poorly in medium to low light-Likes to make random calls, unfortunately to my boss-Keeps losing my stored data-After 12 months, touch screen was starting to have major problems- dead spotsI suffered for 2 years. I can honestly say this is the worse cell phone i have had in the last 15 years.
