not unlocked

I purchased 2 of the blackberry 9630 and they supposed to be unlocked, however when I put in my sim card, the phone is saying that "activation required", which means I now have 2 seek out a way to unlock these phones. I am very disappointed.

the cellphone does not match what they advertised.when i got the package, it is not a unlocked phone. and the battery is rubbish, only 3 days and battery will never start the phone and i have to buy a new one.do not buy anything from this seller, or you will regret.
